Does it work on a phone?
Yes. It runs in any browser with nothing to install, and you can add it to your phone’s home screen like an app.
Do we have to type in our existing students again?
No. Import every student at once from an Excel or CSV file. If a row has a mistake, it shows you exactly which one and what is wrong.
Do we need to buy an attendance device?
No. Teachers can take attendance on a phone or computer. If you have an attendance device it can be connected, and a punch records attendance.
How much does SMS cost?
You recharge an SMS balance and pay only for the messages you send. One SMS holds 70 characters in Bangla or 160 in English. The cost is shown before you send, and sending stops when the balance runs out, so there are no surprise bills. If you already have your own SMS gateway, you can connect that instead.
Can guardians pay fees online?
Yes. Fee reminder SMS include a link for payment by card or mobile banking. Once confirmed, the payment is recorded in the institution’s account.
Will it work for a coaching centre or madrasa?
Yes. Set up classes, batches and subjects around your institution’s structure. A student can be enrolled in multiple courses at once.
We use other software now. What happens to our data?
Send us your student list as an Excel or CSV file and we'll import it. If a row has a mistake, it shows exactly which one and what is wrong.
What if the internet is down?
EduCSP runs online, so it needs internet, but ordinary mobile data is enough. Your data is kept on the server, not on an office computer, so it isn't lost if a computer breaks or goes missing.
How is our data kept separate?
Each institution’s data lives in a separate database. Staff access is assigned by role, and key actions in fees, admissions and exams are recorded.
